When Practice Success Collective (a collective of different companies all working in the medical, dental & allied health space) first approached us, they wanted to explore how to grow their email list and bottom line. We devised a strategy that enabled them to grow through both organic and paid traffic marketing.... we recommended they launch an Online Summit. Here's what happened.

The Problem 

Practice Success Collective help aspiring practice owners with everything from legal and financial advice right through to insurance & practice fit-out services. 

Each company involved within The Collective wanted to grow its prospect and customer base. And as part of this goal, the companies wanted to explore new digital marketing strategies. So they approached Marketing Architect to discuss how we could help with ideas and if we could facilitate their Facebook Media Buying, given our experience working in the health industry.

The companies were a little hesitant to invest in any paid traffic mediums for fear that it might not work... but the results were quite the contrary.

The Solution 

After better understanding the Collective's goals, we came up with the idea to help each of these companies grow through an Online Summit. As part of putting together the Online Summit, we consulted on how to do this - from how to write an optimal landing page, through how to screen leads and then next steps needed in order to nurture leads.

In order to promote the Summit, we recommended that each of the companies leverage their own social media following and profiles as well as existing email databases. We also ran Facebook Ads to warm and cold audiences to increase awareness and drive registrations to the Summit. 
The success behind the Online Summit was so significant that there will now be a Summit held every 3 months.

The Result

The Collective was able to secure 533 leads for the Online Summit and 151 of those leads came through Facebook Media Buying. The landing page converted at 56%.

Following the Online Summit, each company involved was able to grow its email lists, prospects and in some cases, client bases. To give you an idea, by taking the example of just 1 company within the Collective [a Marketing Helpdesk for Dentists], they were able to grow their bottom line by $16,744, which is a ROAS of 837%.
